For all english spoken people here: (everybody read this..!!)
So have me times opened around a few impressions of the Campus to catch, where I live. He is as one at the photo sees quite large. I live in the southern part of the Campus. Here also, however only so Envoronment, Science, Technics etc. the college OF is studied kind and that Conservatorium are on the “South bank” Campus, which is direct in the city, because of the most beautiful place of the city. Photo of the South bank Campus Mach I then next week…! There are here all kinds of things on the Campus: a post office, a Frisör, a STA Travel, etc. Purchase possibilities such as Coles (supermarket) or ALDI or Woolworth are nevertheless rather 12 minutes with the wheel or by car attainable. Thus not sooo madly. But ok. Because I come thus directly to the second point: The bus system is shits somehow here (kinda shiddy). Somehow only once per hour the laaangsamen so every 15 minutes drive the express penalty INTO the city. But back is the horror. There one is already times 50 minutes on the way. But if one drank alcohol, that is also not bad so…: -) The tickets cost in such a way 1.60 dollar for students for 3 zones. Students pay here for EACH ticket half. All the same which costs it (whether monthly, or weekly ticket.). But one must to it-say that the bus drivers is mostly helpful and one also (to 90% correctly) to say to be able where one must transfer now or must. Sport to make can here here also. There is a Squash Court (Hey, are finally added I times!!!) , must organize me only a racquet. The Swimmingpool is unfortunately broken. Unfortunately. Have the attendant already said that I also one of my water bottles would sacrifice around something water to do purely, but he did not mean it anything would bring. Naja. Otherwise gibts stop still another Gym for the Bodybuilder among us and a few sports fields. Condemned. I have-having mine Conrad remote controlling flier to carry forward are!!!!! shits. I would have here mine fun… Thus I go now one drinking. Was now somehow each evening like that, then must be also kept. With the bottle owner of Simone! Thanks! BIG UP YA
Thanks for the great translation, DOM !!

Also nicht sooo toll.
Danke !

Second orientation seminar..
I arrived at the student accommodation, and...
... the first guy I met, was Klemens. He was the guy who lived in my room, until now. He is from Mühlviertel in Austria.....so that was quite funny..! He has now gone for a 5-week journey w/ his girlfriend through Australia!
So, my room looks like this (middle: kitchen, right: livin room):

My roommates are :
Steve
Louise and Sharol

I have a P.O. Box Number here, so if you want my adress, email me. I even have a mobile numba !

Here you see a bunch-a-people I met on Klemens's farewell party. Everybody, really cool... :-) A colorful mixture of italian, austrian, german, south african, indian, canadian, states, australians, mexico, peru and scotland. WOW !

first student event
I do not only spend my time at the beach.
The first student event at Uni was quite boring....they told us some info about Brisbane and that we are not suppose to take drugs´n´stuff, cuz they won´t help us when we are the police station...or in jail. very kind!
Else, I found a little brochure, where you can find hygiene tips. see for yourself. very interesting. The way you e.g. should not sit on a toilette or not spit...

Jetlag is gone, Brisbane, I am coming ...!
So, yesterday, all my troubles....
no.
Finally, I feel much better, than I did these days. My stomach does not ache, my head does not feel as if it would explode and my body got used to the new eating times..yeah!
In fact my stomach did not feel so well after I ate at "Hungry Jack's". You know that ? Well see the picture and guess what it could be.
Yep, you are right: Burger King.
The second thing I found whilst biking thru Brisbane, was "Donut King".
Donut King = Dunkin´Donuts.
Well. After having a Hot Dog (famous !!) at IKEA, I felt like I was back in Germany.
Tomorrow I will have my first "gettin´ started for international students" Einführungsveranstaltung and I am sooo excited !!! I dont even know what Einführungsveranstaltung means in english. just kiddin´. On Saturday I will move in the student accommodation called "The Hub" where I will stay w two asians (oh no..... please do not cook!-sorry to all asians..) and an australian. So, I can improve my english.
I want to say hi to my sister in Buenos Aires, who is 13 hours behind !!!!!!! When I go to bed, she gets up. I go to bed at 2 a.m. she gets up at 1 p.m.
so see you later. more pictures these days.

JetLags are annoying..
...but hey: I arrived !! On my first day I even explored Brisbane by foot (about 4 hours)..!! But I am still sooo tired, I have a headache and a sore throat. Hope I get used to the time change (8 hours) fast.
In the morning we have about 8 to 10 degrees C and at noon temperature changes to 25 to 28 degrees C !!! Super !! My blood pressure goes wild...!
As soon as I get my bike fixed (should be today) I can finally explore Brisbane by bike. I must buy a helmet, the australians are very strict about that..the woman in the bike shop asked me: "Mate, you wanna pay 75 $ for not wearing a helmet or 75 $ for buying one?" :-)
Yesterday I went shopping in a Mall, around Brisbane. Guess, where.... see foryourself.
They have the same logo as they have in "Aldi Süd" or as they say in Austria: Hofer.
But it seems that the australians are not used to buying food out of boxes...
Next week I will have a look at Ikea...
C´mon guys post some comments on my blog! see ya.
